Hello

Born and raised amid the rich history of Egypt, change became my lifelong companion. The vibrant streets of Cairo instilled in me an early appreciation for the inevitability of transformation. However, it was my move to Dubai that magnified the theme. Half of my life spent in multinational corporations within this bustling city showcased change not just as a concept but as a dynamic force shaping my personal and professional identity.
And for the past year, I’ve been based in Belgium, adding another layer of richness to the tapestry of my life. This recent chapter in a land of cultural diversity has further enhanced the vibrancy of my experiences, continuing the saga of adaptability and growth.

My Story

As the chapters of my professional saga unfolded, I accumulated a wealth of experience, an arsenal of knowledge shaped by encounters with diverse cultures and backgrounds. From United Technologies to IDEMIA, each role presented a canvas on which I painted my expertise in Human Resources, strategic transformations, and leadership development. The boardrooms echoed with the symphony of ideas, a melody composed by minds from around the globe.
In tandem with my professional journey, I sought to enrich my understanding through academic pursuits. Three master’s degrees — each a distinct brushstroke in the portrait of my capabilities. An Executive MSc in Change Leadership from HEC Paris & Oxford, an MSc in Service Leadership and Innovation from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Business School have not only broadened my intellectual horizons but armed me with a versatile toolkit.
These degrees are more than academic laurels; they are a testament to my commitment to continuous growth and adaptability
